1. Initial Contact

Following your expression of interest, you will be provided (via email) with a short questionnaire for you to complete.

2. Evaluation

On return of the questionnaire, a short assessment will take place on what is possible, what is the likely output, how long this may take, and what the price will be.

3. Call or Video Call

A call or video call (if preferred) will enable us to get to know each other better, go through the assignment, and most importantly to make sure you are happy with the detail, the timeframe, the objectives, and the pricing.

4. Agreement

Up to this point, everything has been free and without any obligation for either party.
If you then wish to proceed, a final ‘Statement of Work’ will be issued, and a deposit will be required.

Following receipt of the deposit, work will then commence to investigate and record relevant information. Also, in parallel to the collection of data, work will commence on the construction of the report.
Please note: For validation and audit purposes, each primary finding that is included in the report will also be supported with information as to its source.

6. Delivery
